Returns
All rings are final sale and are non–returnable. This includes engagement rings, wedding bands, casual rings, and birthstone rings.
All other jewelry is available for return for 30 days from the date of in store purchase or the date of delivery for orders shipped. Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition before a return can be processed.
Custom/altered/personalized items are non–returnable/eligible for exchange. This includes engraved jewelry.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item. We cannot refund the original shipping.

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
