Returns + Exchanges

All fine jewelry rings are considered final sale and are non–returnable. Fine jewelry rings include engagement rings, men’s wedding rings, ladies wedding rings, and solid gold rings.

Exchanges/Credits are accepted until 14 days after item is received. If you would like to exchange your piece, please contact us for approval and instructions. Custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange. 

In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item.

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender. Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours. Refunds are not available at this time, thank you for your understanding. 

We take great pride in the quality of our work. However, handmade jewelry is not indestructible and it's delicate in the manner of all things handmade. Please visit our jewelry care and Jewelry warranty pages for additional information on the care of your Mineralogy piece.
